Living Legend Nicky Knoff is fast approaching her 80th Birthday and has a rare depth of understanding that only comes with a lifetime of yoga. Practitioners of all levels and yoga traditions can attend Nicky’s workshops next weekend at the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Melbourne, and those who do will qualify for her teacher training workshops later this year.

We welcome back the one and the only Nicky Knoff for what must now be close to her tenth workshop over almost as many years!

Nicky is a living legend fast approaching her 80th birthday and still travelling the world to share her knowledge. Try and make at least one of the days!

Those who do these workshops qualify for Nicky’s teacher training workshops later in the year which is a rare opportunity to learn from one of the world’s foremost experienced teachers.
