Starting in May, we are delighted to host Byron Yoga Centre’s Level 1 and 2 teacher training, developed by long-time Yoga Practitioner John Ogilvie.
Both part-time courses comprise 6 weekends over 5 months, with Level 1 beginning Saturday May 6 2017. Level 2 teacher training starts later in the year on Saturday 11 November. Both courses are Yoga Alliance accredited.
Byron Yoga Centre is Australia’s leading yoga-training academy with some of the world’s most experienced trainers.
Established in 1988 by John Ogilvie, Byron Yoga Centre is one of the longest-running yoga schools in Australia.

Nicky, whose knowledge is distilled over 40 years of intense study, is considered by many as one of the greatest yogis of our time.
Yoga Teacher and Cofounder of the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Melbourne, Greg Cooper, shares some advice on how to prepare for a beginners’ Ashtanga Yoga class at the Centre:
Ever wondered what your Ayurvedic body type (Dosha) is and how identifying it can help you live a happier and healthier life? Find out at this Yoga and Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop to be taught by Dr Khushdil Chokshi.
This Friday we are open as usual.
Instead of rushing to work or study after your yoga practice, you can take your time and finish with an extra-long Savasana.
What a great way to start a long weekend!
