Sunday 23 April
8:00 —  10:00am    Free practice space (no instructor)

Monday 24 April
06:00 –   9.00am   Mysore with Greg
10:00 — 11:30am   Mysore with Greg

Tuesday 25 April
8:00 —  10:00am    Led with Amanda

Summer Holiday Timetable

We are open every day of the year including Christmas Day with classes that start a little later and run longer for usual so you can take advantage of the extra time and headspace that you (hopefully) have from being on holiday.

We Are Open Every Day

As always we will be open throughout the Xmas/New Year period with a morning session each day.

Our Shala is one of the biggest in the Southern hemisphere, and we think of it as being a community space as well as a yoga Shala.

We are so lucky to have this space and are making it available to rent so others in our community can use it too.

There is a virtual tour of our Centre on Google so that those viewing it online for the first time can step through it as if in person.

Ashtanga Master Dani Ceccarelli outlines the importance of following the Mysore sequence which — amongst many other benefits — prepares you for gatekeeper (or gateway) poses like Urdhva Dhanurasana which Dani is pictured dropping into here.

One of the defining features of Ashtanga Yoga is its organisation into series of postures, where practitioners follow set sequences and learn each posture once they have mastered the previous one.
