Living Legend Nicky Knoff is fast approaching her 80th Birthday and has a rare depth of understanding that only comes with a lifetime of yoga. Practitioners of all levels and yoga traditions can attend Nicky’s workshops next weekend at the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Melbourne, and those who do will qualify for her teacher training workshops later this year.

We welcome back the one and the only Nicky Knoff for what must now be close to her tenth workshop over almost as many years!

8limbs Teacher Training – 13 Months Starts Sept

World-renowned leaders in yoga education Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci are
bringing their teacher training to the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Melbourne! Gregor is
the author of a series of yoga textbooks some of which have been translated into
eight different languages. Monica is a doctor of chiropractor and expert in yoga
therapy, rehabilitation and anatomy. Each of them offers almost 40 years of yoga


In this training they dedicate 11 weekends (180 contact hours) of face-to-face training exclusively with them! This ensures that you gain the depth of knowledge to teach and share your love of yoga with confidence.

Part Time Byron Yoga Centre Teacher Training

Byron Yoga Centre’s teacher training is coming to Melbourne in May! Book now to learn with John Ogilvie (pictured) and staff to gain your Yoga-Alliance recognised certification.


Starting in May, we are delighted to host Byron Yoga Centre’s Level 1 and 2 teacher training, developed by long-time Yoga Practitioner John Ogilvie.

Both part-time courses comprise 6 weekends over 5 months, with Level 1 beginning Saturday May 6 2017. Level 2 teacher training starts later in the year on Saturday 11 November. Both courses are Yoga Alliance accredited.

Byron Yoga Centre is Australia’s leading yoga-training academy with some of the world’s most experienced trainers.
