Nicky Knoff Free Class Next Friday

One of the world’s foremost yoga teachers, Nicky Knoff, is giving a free class at our Centre next Friday 20 October ahead of the Master classes Nicky will take that weekend. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to learn from a vastly experienced senior teacher.

 

We are very pleased that Ashtangi Master Nicky Knoff from Cairns will be at our Centre on next Friday when she will be give a FREE class to which everyone is welcome.

Nicky Knoff, whose knowledge is distilled over 40 years of intense study, is considered by many as one of the greatest yogis of our time.

Take advantage of this rare opportunity to learn from a vastly experienced senior teacher. Nicky is Australia’s most experienced yogi, having taught more yoga students than any other teacher.

Nicky’s free class starts at 6pm and runs until around 7:30pm. The focus will be the energetic keys in Ashtanga Yoga: Bandhas, Drishti (gaze focus) and Ujjayi Pranayama (breath).

Practitioners of all levels and traditions welcome.

Nicky follows her class with two workshops over that weekend, starting on Saturday Oct 21 and Sunday Oct 22.

Queensland-based Nicky Knoff is a 4th-Series Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga Practitioner, Certified Senior-Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Certified College-of-India Teacher with Bikram Choudhury, Long-Term Vipassana meditator, WWII-concentration-camp survivor, and founder of six yoga schools in New Zealand, Australia and America.
