Living Legend Nicky Knoff is fast approaching her 80th Birthday and has a rare depth of understanding that only comes with a lifetime of yoga. Practitioners of all levels and yoga traditions can attend Nicky’s workshops next weekend at the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Melbourne, and those who do will qualify for her teacher training workshops later this year.

We welcome back the one and the only Nicky Knoff for what must now be close to her tenth workshop over almost as many years!

Nicky is a living legend fast approaching her 80th birthday and still travelling the world to share her knowledge. Try and make at least one of the days!

Two Day Master Class Workshop With Nicky Knoff

Practitioners of all traditions are invited to attend this rare opportunity to study with one of the worlds’ foremost teachers of yoga. These master classes will use the Foundation and Intermediate syllabus, with an emphasis on the Knoff Yoga fundamental 24 Principles of Practice, which are universal in application and profound in their effect. The Discovery Course is the beginning level of the Knoff Yoga Teacher Training and consists of a one-week (5-day) intensive covering everything you need to get you up and running as a yoga teacher.

Queensland-based Nicky Knoff is a 4th Series Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practitioner, Certified Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Certified College of India Teacher with Bikram Choudhury, Long Term Vipassana meditator, WWII concentration camp survivor and founder of 6 Yoga Schools (New Zealand, Australia and America).
